Starting construetion in May 2015 and put into production in May 2016, Taizhou Huarong malting palnt has 120kmt malting capacity with production batch at 400MT. Yinxing has completethis malting plant within one year has made the fast build projects record in Asia. The diameter ofthe kiln is 42m, which is the largest in China/Asia and no one else has done that till now. The germination tower is 55m high and barley can load into the vessel by gravity. There are 52 silos, which are monitor controlled temperature, humidity and aeration. The production line is fully automated. This is the largest malting plant of this type at that time, the annual sales is over 500 million RMB.
